Please read these Terms of Use carefully and in their entirety before purchasing, booking, accessing, or participating in any consultation service provided by Game Of Spaces (hereinafter referred to as the “Consultation Services” or “Services”).These Consultation Services and all related content are owned and operated by Game Of Spaces.

Flash Consultation and Design Consultation provided by Game Of Spaces.

“Content” means all consultation notes, recommendations, moodboards, layouts, sketches, shopping lists, PDFs, visual references, presentations, WhatsApp messages, emails, recordings, guides, graphics, design suggestions, and educational materials provided during or after the Services.

By participating in the Consultation Services, You understand that Megha Burnwal is an Interior Design Expert and Consultant providing educational, styling, aesthetic, space planning, and décor-related guidance. The Services are intended to provide:

4. No Physical Site Visits or Execution Responsibility
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all Services are conducted virtually/online. Game Of Spaces is not responsible for:
- onsite execution,
- contractor coordination,
- carpentry work,
- labor management,
- installation,
- measurements taken incorrectly by the Client,
or final physical outcomes during implementation.
Clients are responsible for verifying all dimensions, measurements, furniture compatibility, and execution feasibility before making purchases or changes.

5. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that rearranging furniture, installing décor, mounting items, using tools, moving heavy objects, purchasing furniture, painting walls, or implementing design recommendations may involve risks.
By participating in the Services, You agree:
- to act responsibly,
- prioritize safety,
and use proper judgment during implementation.
Game Of Spaces and Megha Burnwal shall not be responsible for:
- injuries,
- accidents,
- falls,
- furniture damage,
- installation issues,
- wall damage,
- electrical problems,
- property damage,

or any losses arising from implementation.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership
All Content shared during the Consultation Services is intellectual property owned exclusively by Game Of Spaces.This includes but is not limited to:
- moodboards,
- layouts,
- sketches
- shopping lists,
- consultation recordings,
- recommendations,
- graphics,
- PDFs,
- guides,
- captions,
- frameworks,
- presentations,
and educational systems.
Clients are permitted to:
- use the provided materials for their personal home/project,
- modify recommendations for personal use,
and implement the designs within their own spaces.
However, You may not:
- resell,
- distribute,
- commercially reproduce,
- teach from,
- publicly share as Your own professional work,
- upload for resale,
or commercially exploit any Content without prior written permission from Game Of Spaces.
Unauthorized commercial usage may result in legal action.

7. Personal Use Only
Your purchase is for individual personal use only. You may not:

8. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals
Clients are responsible for attending consultations at the scheduled time. If You are late:
- the consultation may still end at the originally scheduled time,
- and lost time may not be compensated.

- identical results to references or inspiration images,
- exact replication of Pinterest or social media images,
- resale value increases,
- exact color appearances across devices or lighting conditions,
or identical outcomes in every home.
Final results may vary depending on:
- implementation,
- execution quality,
- measurements,
- budget,
- product availability,
- lighting,
- material variations,
- existing room conditions,
and personal decisions made during execution.

10. Third-Party Products & Recommendations Disclaimer
During consultations, We may recommend:

13. Refund Policy

Due to the customized, digital, advisory, and time-based nature of the Consultation Services, all sales are final. 14. No Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate or threaten any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through:
